[the wolf, as much as it's in control anymore, loves getting scratched like this, and Severa's a pretty big fan of it, too. it's a rush of emotions and endorphins and all kinds of things that more than make up for the differences in how the two of them come. by the time Lina's calmed down, Severa's tongue is hanging out of her mouth a little and she's definitely panting gently.]

[all that's left for the two of them is the afterglow, and Severa can feel the air stinging against the scratches on her back in time with her own pulse making her knot throb less and less inside Lina. she at least has enough in her to speak, and she's got a lopsided grin when she says it.]

I need to fuck you with one of these forever.

[In the back of her mind, Lina feels like she might not have done terribly much in her position at the moment, but that's the nature of the situation - and with the way Severa's reacting to it overall, clearly it was enjoyable, so that does a fair bit to assuage her mild feelings of inadequacy.

She manages a similar smile, reaching up with both hands as her expression goes a bit more wistful, and again she affectionately touches Severa's face. It was really great, being able to see Severa better while they fooled around, though a lot of that was colored by her being more than a bit overwhelmed.]

Hey now, don't hog all the fun...

[Severa's expression changes from that lopsided, almost cocky grin to a softer smile. the back of her hand brushes Lina's cheek so there's no risk of scratching her, but she's very happy Lina didn't extend her the same courtesy.]

Of course not. I wouldn't want you getting bored.

[the grin gets a little more mischievous for a moment before she speaks again.]

So? Do you think the spell works well enough?

[In Lina's defense, her claws are much less pronounced, and have the added benefit of being as pertinent as she wants, what with the shapeshifting and all. She chuckles, dropping one hand to gingerly turn Severa's hand so the palm faced her, and provided there wasn't any resistance, pressed it to her own cheek.]

I'd hardly be bored in that instance, I just would like to turn the tables at some point is all - and yes, it works very well. I didn't quite expect it to adapt to your wolf form so well, but I'm not arguing with results.

You'll have your chance. Use your magic right and you can have it whenever you want.

[she's cute like this, with the two of them tired out from sex, Severa's hand cupping Lina's cheek... maybe it's the brain chemicals, but Severa wouldn't mind seeing Lina like this more often.]

And you're an extremely good mage. The best in the world, I've heard.

[That works out, because Lina definitely wouldn't mind being in this position more often - with or without the afterglow. She chuckles, rubbing her cheek slightly against Severa's hand.]

All in due time. I don't want to overwhelm you. [She pauses.] At least, not yet.

Aw, you're sweet.

[she means it, because she always means it, but she's got kind of a wry look on her face.]

But you should know I always have time for you. Especially when it comes to turning these tables.

I know, I'm not trying to be down on myself, just like I've mentioned before, it won't be as fun if we rush through everything in the book all at once.

[She drops her eyelids about halfway, and her face turns a bit red.]

Turn tables, bend you over them, maybe even break them...

Keep talking like that and we'll burn through that whole book tonight.

[which wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. she's intensely curious about magic just because she really is very bad at it.]

[At that, Lina's redness intensifies.]

...we're a bit stuck together for that at the moment, and, uh. I'm not putting much stock in being able to stand up once we're untied - but if you've got more left in you, we might could improvise.

[Severa only has limited experience as to when the knot will actually, uh, resolve itself, but they should be able to get free... soon. probably.]

Depends on what you had in mind. Maybe I just want to cuddle. You know, like I do sometimes.

[Lina rolls her eyes, then reaches up to poke Severa's nose.]

I wouldn't object to that. I thought maybe I could try going down on it, but maybe I should practice that on a standard one before moving up to any, ah... exotic models. If the big, bad wolf would rather cuddle, though, I won't tell anyone~.

[Lina's lucky she's cute or Severa would never allow this sort of indignity. she's a proud wolfskin just like her husband, apparently.]

It would be a lot easier for me to give you tips if you had a regular one to practice on. You may not have heard, but I'm kind of an expert at that sort of thing. [hey, it's good to be proud of herself.] Maybe we can just see what happens once I can pull out. Maybe I wouldn't mind waking up naked in your bed.

[Cute, and able to bribe her way out of things by feeding ideas into Severa's head.

While she'd steered away from the emotional reactions for the most part, her face softens a bit at Severa's wording, and she raises her hand again, though this time to brush through her friend's hair.]

Well, you're always welcome to it, naked or not.

I know.

[she gives a soft smile, not remotely feeling up to fighting the idea of her being cute right now. both of them are cute anyway. now that her own body has calmed down a little, she can feel her knot getting less prominent. she should be able to pull out of Lina soon—if she wants to. it's nice being this close.]

I might do it more when it starts getting colder. You know, just because.

I'd certainly enjoy that.

[There's a quiet, pleased hum from Lina, and she gives Severa a longing smile, slipping back into hazy affection again. Her hands move to slip around Severa's sides and up her back.

Y'know, where those fresh scratches are that she doesn't realize she made.]

[and here Severa is, all but willing to keep things cute and calm for the rest of the night... and then Lina forgets what her hands have done.]

[she inhales sharply, but not for the typical, good reasons. her body jerks forward, kind of forgetting that she's still inside Lina when she does it, and she makes a small cry of pain. it's far from blinding, but it was just so unexpected that she doesn't know how else to react.]

[Lina also makes a noise with the sudden shift - it's more awkward surprise than anything, because that was unexpected and not quite good-feeling. Her hands draw back reflexively and she gives Severa a look of confusion and concern.]

Whoa, hey - what's wrong?

You scratched me earlier.

[and once the wincing pain has subsided, which happens surprisingly quickly, she smiles down at Lina and laughs.]

Dumbass.

[Lina's eyes widen for a moment, then her face scrunches and her head is moved in a jerky motion, the way one does when they realize they screwed up. She huffs, then lightly pats the edges of Severa's back, nudging her forward.]

Ah, dammit - sorry about that, let me fix that. C'mere, just lay right on me for minute.

[the reaction gets another earnest giggle from her, which isn't a look she thought she'd like on herself, but it's nice to be fun like this every once in a while. she spent so much of her childhood training for (and participating in) war that maybe she never got the chance... that's a lie, she's indulged plenty. just not like this.]

[instead of saying anything, she leans down on top of Lina, puts a hand in her hair, and kisses her. hey, Lina said nothing about that.]

[If Lina wasn't caught up in feeling junky about her screwup, she'd be more consciously glad that Severa seemed to be really, genuinely happy right now. The pressure of Severa's body is expected, but not the kiss. There's a muffled noise of surprise, but it fades with a slight pressing upward from her. She wants to call Severa a dumbass, because this will make it harder to focus on the spell, but...well, she's a genius, right?

At least the spell can be cast without words.

Her enthusiasm in the kiss seems to drop as she goes almost autopilot, laying glowing hands on Severa's back with a feather-light touch. A familiar, tingling warmth spreads out from them, running down the length of the scratchmarks and slowly mending them up without scarring. Once she feels the feedback of no more healing being done, the light fades, and her arms resume the embrace they were attempting before, and her focus shifts back to the shared kiss.]

[the feeling of magic running over her, running through her body is never going to get old, and Severa isn't sure she'll ever get used to it either, but as long as it comes with sensations like getting to kiss Lina every time, she can live with it. she can live very comfortably with it.]

[after a soft push, a superficial attempt to deepen the kiss that Severa pulls away from too soon, she's looking down at Lina and smiling.]

You're really good at that. I should try distracting you while you cast spells more often. See how good you really are.

[Likewise, Lina can live with using healing as an excuse to get more intimate with Severa. Not that she has any lack of that in her life, but more is always good.

Lina rolls her eyes a bit, then grins back up at Severa.]

Please, if you're planning to distract me like I would expect you to, I wouldn't stand a chance.

[She waggles her tongue at Severa, just to make sure her point gets across.]

[oh, point made, but Severa's not going to let that stand.]

I don't have to be having sex with you to distract you, you know. That's just the easiest way to do it because you get distracted so much.

[and she could prove it right now, but she's trying to eventually be able to pull out of Lina so they can go to sleep instead of having sex all night long.]

I'm glad you recognize how good I am at it, though.
